Welcome to Harmonic Healing with Deb

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including reiki, aromatherapy, sound healing and any products or programs we offer. By engaging with our services or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1.1. These Terms apply to all services, products and content provided by Harmonic Healing with Deb, including reiki, aromatherapy and sound healing.

1.2. By purchasing, booking, or participating in any of our services or products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of agreeing to these Terms. 

1.3. All services provided by Harmonic Healing with Deb are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2.1. All bookings and payments must be made via our website, via phone or message, as agreed to between Harmonic Healing with Deb and yourself. Payments can be made via a variety of methods including, square payment platform, stripe, PayPal, or another approved method. Payments are securely processed.

2.2. Prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

2.3. Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking for group events. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated and agreed upon. Full payment of your 1:1 session is payable on arrival of your appointment. Payment from good purchased on our online shop will be processed at the time of ordering, including postage and handling.

2.4. Any remaining balances for group bookings must be paid for by the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

3.1. Private 1:1 Sessions (Reiki, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing), Group Sessions:

    • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.

    • Refunds will not be issued once services have commenced.

3.3. Refunds are not available for digital products, online content, or services once accessed or downloaded.

4.1. Participation in any of our services, including but not limited to reiki, aromatherapy and sound healing, is voluntary and at your own risk.

4.2. These practices may involve physical, emotional, or energetic releases. If you have medical conditions, mental health concerns, or are pregnant, please consult a healthcare professional before participating.

4.3. You are responsible for informing us of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that may affect your participation before starting any session.

4.4. We are not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or outcomes resulting from participation in our services or use of our products.

5.1. All materials provided during our sessions, or provided to you with our products are the intellectual property of Harmonic Healing with Deb.  They are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.

5.2. Unauthorized use of our website content, images, or materials is strictly prohibited.

6.1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, outlined below.

6.2. By providing your email address, you consent to receiving communications from us. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

6.3. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

7.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

7.2. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
