About your Haromonic Healing session.
When you visit our beautiful healing room you will be immersed into some much-needed time out. Your session may include a sound bath, energy clearing & reiki session. Sessions can last up to 60 minutes.
*Please
arrive a few minutes early, so we can get you settled and ready for your
harmonic healing experience.
Reiki
Reiki is Universal Life Energy. When universal life energy
is activated, it helps the body, mind & spirit to accelerate one's ability to
heal one's self. The body is reminded of its ability to heal, become balanced,
accept love & instil a sense of wellbeing.
Reiki helps to balance energy centres (chakras), relax the mind, body & allow you to drop into yourself.
Singing bowls help to relax the mind & body & can help induce a deep sense of relaxation. A sound bath is where I play the crystal singing bowls to you while you relax & take in the healing vibrations that are played, it is one of the most relaxing ways to start off the session.

My set of Rainbow Sound Singing bowls are made with High Purity Quartz (HPQ) with Australian Quartz. HPQ provides a longer and louder resonance than a lesser purity grade of quartz.
Musical Notes & Bowl Sets Explained:
The musical notes of my Crystal Singing Bowls are similar to
a Piano. Each key on the piano is precisely tuned to play a specific note.
Similarly, each Crystal Singing Bowl is perfectly tuned to a particular
note.
Aromatherapy
I have been using essential oils, including making blends for myself, family & friends for over 25 years now & am looking forward to creating some amazing products for you to use.
Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic plant oils that are developed into essential oils. Aromatherapy can be used for many different ailments & can induce a sense of calm, relaxation & even rejuvenation.
Your session may consist of using different essential oils in the healing room, but there are no aromatherapy consultations currently on offer just yet, these will be available soon!
